haha went there by myself..abit loss there.. hahah! well.. although tired after the2 hour(2-4pm) dance beat lesson but learning the dance is FUN! seeing so many other women, different age, different races all learning the same thing..some are even mothers! LOL.. i veri 鸡手鸭脚 there but i definitely learn something different, something nice!..
was watching dance performances by lil' kids!they are so flexible..nice! and followed by dance competition..all sort of pattern and styles!and i saw 1 which looks like TaeKwonDo aerobic! LOL.. half way thru the competition, mummy come meet mi and went to eat at crystal jade kitchen after they finish performing(skip the result).. had venieza ice-cream and wait at the venue for Body.Mind.Soul session..
For Body.Mind.Soul session, they all brought their Yoga mat with them and i wasnt aware that we need to bring it ourself..but found out that we can actualli purchase the mat there also.. but the price is like 5 cent more to 30 bucks.. so i juz hack care and do my session on the hard ground.. it wasnt that bad without the mat..hehe =P
but the Yoga and stretchFit session is not as easy..i mean i cant balance like those professionals do.. and im damn sure that i saw my mummy laughin her head off when i lose my balance!OMG!i saw her laugh until like that i also laugh..causing mi to lose my concentration that i cant even balance! Dun think that Yoga and stretchfit are that simple onli.. it made mi sweat alot! but kinda find it like last time dance and TKD stretching exercise =X
went off after the session with mummy and went to food republic to 打包 for my 2 darling brothers..we bought 4 packets of Hokkien Mee..1 for didi, 2 for gor gor n gf and 1 for mi and mummy to share..we also bought 冰糖葫芦 home but i dun quite like coz alot of seeds.. heheh..
